- Do you take my insurance?
- We are in-network with the following insurance companies: Medicare, Ambetter, Aetna PPO, BCBS, UHC PPO, Medicaid, Molina, and CHC. We do welcome patients who are out of network with us! Prior to your first visit, we will verify your insurance and let you know the expected cost for each session. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits.

- We pride ourselves in providing an affordable self pay rate. Call us today to get a quote!
- Is there free parking?
- Yes! Our Chinatown location has plenty of parking spots within the plaza as well as 2 parking garages, while our Wilcrest location has a parking lot in front of the clinic.
- What should I wear to my sessions?
- Expect to do some exercises so dress comfortably!
- What should I expect during my 1st visit?
- Your physical therapist will take your history and discuss your symptoms and diagnosis as well as set some goals and develop a treatment plan together. You will also receive exercises to do at home to start your physical therapy with us!
- What should I bring to my 1st visit?
- Any records from your previous doctor, your insurance card, a list of your medications, and your doctor's referral (if you have one). Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you can provide us the necessary paperwork and insurance information to put you in our system. To save time, we can email your intake forms prior to your visit that you may fill out at home or you may fill them out when you arrive.
- How many follow up visits will I need?
- It depends on your diagnosis and how often you do your exercises at home. We can guarantee that we will work together to get you back to your life as quickly (and safely) as possible!
